Cotter joint consists of principle parts:

3. Cotter

Cotter joint is used to join two shafts and basically restricts the relative motion between the shafts.
In the video, all the three parts, the socket, the spigot and the cotter are designed and subsequently their assembly is done to   form the complete joint.

Installing NX-7.5 or lower in Windows 7 (64 bit)

Hi Guys,

NX-7.5 is basically designed to be installed in Windows XP or Windows 7 (32 bit). It can be installed in Win 7 64 bit too by modifying some of its license thing, but still this way doesn't work for some users (like me).

I figured out two ways:-

First is shown in the following video.

I would recommend to use this crack (even if you have one already available in your setup)

Second way to install it in Win 7 64 bit is :-

Since NX 7.5 runs easily on windows XP , so the best way is to turn your computer to XP mode.

You don't need to install Windows XP separately. You just have to install XP mode from Microsoft , with which you can easily convert your computer to XP mode within a fraction of seconds and back to Win 7.

This utility is given by microsoft for the applications which doesn't support Win 7 but Win XP. So you don't need to install XP separately, just install XP mode and hop to XP mode. This process/application they called it Virtual PC.

For installing follow the step wise procedure given in the following link.

You can install Virtual PC from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/
